Atalanta v Inter Predictions and Preview
Gasperini is spoilt for choice in midfield and attack. The former Inter boss has two front-line strikers in Duvan Zapata and Luis Muriel and both have struck 19 goals in all competitions.
Zapata is one of a number of players who have flourished under the guidance of Gasperini and his displays have not gone unnoticed. The burly Colombian is a reported target for title holders Juventus and would be a fine replacement for Gonzalo Higuain if the South American moved on.

|Mario Pasalic to score last||15/2||Offer|
|Over 4.5 goals||18/5||Offer|
Zapata is 7/2 to open the scoring, while his compatriot is 5/4 in the anytime market. La Dea are still without top scorer Josip Ilicic but the Slovenian hotshot’s absence has not been felt with assist machine Papu Gomez and Ruslan Malinovskiy stepping up.
Malinovskiy has really come to the fore this calendar year and is 14/5 to register anytime. The ex-Genk ace will line up in a two behind Zapata and is closing in on double figures in his maiden campaign in Italy’s top flight. Atalanta are 2/1 to emerge triumphant and clinch the runners-up berth.
Visitors Inter beat Napoli 2-0 on Tuesday. The Nerazzurri will also feature in European competition once the domestic term concludes and have a date with Getafe for a place in the Europa League quarter-final. Antonio Conte has a clean bill of health and a resurgent Alexis Sanchez pushing Romelu Lukaku and Martinez to feature more regularly.
The Chilean, who is close to making his stay in Milan permanent, is 10/3 to net last, while Lukaku is 10/3 to open proceedings. The former Red Devil strikers are likely to be joined up top by a new face with Martinez desperate to complete his dream move to Barcelona in August. In the meantime, the Nerazzurri number 10 is 8/11 to notch anytime and add to his 19-goal tally. Inter are 19/20 to clinch the spoils.
One to watch for Atalanta: Gosens has an astonishing 18 goal contributions to his name from a wing-back position and is 11/2 to record the final effort. The Dutch-German has yet to be capped at international level but will be a mainstay once finally called up.
One to watch for Inter: Christian Eriksen has come under intense scrutiny from the media and needs to offer more to convince Conte. The Dane will get 30 minutes and is 21/4 in the same market.
Long shot: Atalanta need to score twice to bring up a century of league goals and few would bet against La Dea to achieve this historic feat. The Champions League hopefuls last dropped points on home soil in February and in true Atalanta style, will fly out of the blocks from the opening whistle. A 3-2 victory for Gasperini’s entertainers is 25/1.
