Inter could clinch the Serie A title this weekend if they beat Crotone and Atalanta fail to topple Sassuolo. The Nerazzurri have not won the Scudetto since the 2009-10 term and it is a matter of when and not if Antonio Conte’s troops end Juventus’ domestic dominance.

Crotone v Inter Predictions and Preview
The hosts’ time in Italy’s top flight is likely to come to an end this weekend. Crotone trail a resurgent Cagliari and Torino by 13 points with just five rounds remaining, despite the best efforts of hitman Simy. The big striker recently overtook compatriot Obafemi Martins as the highest scoring Nigerian in Serie A and the feat is all the more impressive given the Pitagorici’s plight.

|Inter to win 3-0||23/4||Offer|
|Over 4.5 goals||2/1||Offer|
|Matteo Darmian to score last||40/1||Offer|
Only Romelu Lukaku and Cristiano Ronaldo have netted more than the Crotone fan favourite and Simy will have no shortage of suitors in the summer after Serse Cosmi confirmed it was impossible to hold on to the 28-year-old. The ex-Gil Vicente player is an attractive 9/1 to open proceedings and hit the 20 mark, while partner Adam Ounas is 11/2 to register anytime. Cosmi’s squad are 12/1 to earn only their sixth victory of the term and a draw is 6/1.
Elsewhere, Conte is closing in on his first piece of silverware as Nerazzurri boss. The fiery Lecce native regularly cut a frustrate figure on the touchline during the early stages of his tenure but now looks certain for a lengthy stay at Giuseppe Meazza.
Inter’s eleven largely picks itself with Lukaku and Lautaro Martinez in attack. The duo have 41 goals and 15 assists between them in all competitions and can be found at 12/5 and 7/2, respectively, to break the deadlock. The Belgian is on the radar of Manchester City and Chelsea but is Conte’s prized asset and any approaches will be swiftly rejected.
Christian Eriksen has gone from wantaway to mainstay and offers the Nerazzurri something different in the middle of the park. Nicolo Barella is all-action, Marcelo Brozovic orchestrates from deep and the Dane is not only a set-piece specialist but also a supreme passer of the ball. Eriksen is 6/4 to score anytime and Inter are 1/5 to emerge triumphant.
One to watch for Crotone: Remarkably, Junior Messias only turned professional in 2018 but looks at home in the top division. The Brazilian is 19/5 to notch anytime.
One to watch for Inter: Alexis Sanchez has struggled to dislodge the first choice pairing of Martinez and Lukaku but will still feature after the break. The forward is 9/2 to bag the final effort.
Long shot: The odds were heavily stacked against Crotone but there will still be some regrets for the leaky Calabrian outfit. The Pitagorici have only scored one less goal than ninth place Sampdoria and have no issues in the final third. A shock 2-1 success in favour of the home dressing room is 40/1.
