Inter can temporarily go top of Serie A with a win at much improved Fiorentina. Current leaders Milan are not in action until Sunday and the Nerazzurri can lay down a marker with their neighbours not at their vintage best. The hosts have pulled away from the drop zone and sit in 11th.

Fiorentina v Inter Predictions and Preview
Fiorentina nearly held on for all three points away at Torino, despite ending the contest with just nine-men. Gaetano Castrovilli and Nikola Milenković both received their marching orders and will be huge losses to Cesare Prandelli’s starting eleven this weekend.
Castrovilli is the crown jewel in the Viola setup and could follow Federico Chiesa out the club in the summer with a host of top European outfits keen on the silky playmaker. Team-mate Milenković is a target of Antonio Conte, Milan, Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur and will be available for a cut-price fee in the summer.

|Inter to win 2-0||7/1||Offer|
|Nicolo Barella to score first||9/1||Offer|
|Over 3.5 goals||7/4||Offer|
Martin Caceres and Erick Pulgar will deputise with Franck Ribery and Dusan Vlahovic upfront. The French legend is 9/2 to break the deadlock and his partner is 11/4. The young Belgrade native has struck on seven occasions this term and has flourished under Prandelli’s guidance.
Jose Callejon is 15/4 to net anytime and enjoyed many battles with the Nerazzurri during his time at Napoli, while Christian Kouame is 17/2 to get the last effort. The ex-Genoa ace has been plagued by injuries but is now fully fit and desperate to get his career back on track. The Viola are 5/1 to emerge triumphant and a draw is 16/5.
Opponents Inter are in confident mood. Romelu Lukaku and Lautaro Martinez have 31 goals and eight assists between them in all competitions and the Argentine is close to committing his long-term future to the Italian giants.
The one-time Barcelona target is 5/1 to break the deadlock and ex-Manchester United hitman Lukaku is 57/20. In a remarkable turn of events, Christian Eriksen will be afforded another opportunity from the opening whistle. The Coppa Italia hero appeared set for the exit door after his well-documented fallout with Conte but has turned things around. Eriksen is 9/4 to register anytime and Inter are 11/2 to get the victory.
One to watch for Fiorentina: Jack Bonaventura was tipped to leave during the winter window but has forced his way in to Prandelli’s midfield. The former Milan ace is 6/1 to notch anytime.
One to watch for Inter: Alexis Sanchez was the subject of a swap deal with Edin Dzeko but the switch to Stadio Olimpico did not materialise. The Chilean will feel he has a point to prove to Conte and is 5/1 to bag last.
Long shot: Fiorentina humbled champions Juventus 3-0 in December and Andrea Pirlo had no complaints about the outcome. The Viola are a match for any side on their day and Conte will not take the Tuscan outfit lightly, particularly after the shock loss at Sampdoria. An entertaining 2-2 result is 17/1.
