Third-placed Inter Milan welcome second from bottom Frosinone to the San Siro this weekend. It’s hard to see anything other than a home win on Saturday, but there’s still value to be found in the betting markets for this game.

Inter v Frosinone Predictions and Preview
There isn’t much history between these two sides, with their only two meetings coming in the 2015/16 season when Frosinone first reached Serie A. Inter won their home game 4-0 in that campaign, and this ought to be another comfortable home win for Luciano Spalletti’s side.
The Nerazzurri are riding high in third place, although they’re already nine points behind a rampant Juventus side after 12 games of the season. They’re only three points behind Napoli though, and this campaign looks like being a race for second and the Champions League places.
Frosinone meanwhile are two points from safety, as they look to prolong their stay in Italy’s top flight. The Giallazzurri recorded their first victory of the campaign with an impressive 3-0 success away to SPAL, and have followed that up with draws against Parma and Fiorentina.

The international break came at a bad time for Moreno Longo and his players, but Frosinone can make it five unbeaten if they avoid defeat here. With that in mind, the draw is priced at 57/10, and that would be an excellent result for the Canarini ahead of a big home game against Cagliari next weekend.
That’s going to be a tall order for the visitors though. Their task isn’t made any easier by an injury list that includes Camillo Ciano, Federico Dionisi and Luca Paganini, with Emil Hallfredsson, Cristian Molinaro and Danilo Soddimo further doubts.
The hosts meanwhile could welcome back Kwadwo Asamoah, who’s back in training after a knee injury. Sime Vrsaljko is a doubt with a thigh problem, while Marcelo Brozovic is suspended after receiving his red card in Inter’s surprise 4-1 defeat at Atalanta last time out. Inter are heavy favourites at 1/4, while Frosinone are 12/1.
One to watch for Inter: Mauro Icardi scored his first Argentina goal during the international break, and he’s looking to add to his seven Serie A goals here. He is 3/1 to score first on Saturday.
One to watch for Frosinone: Camillo Ciano has three goals so far this term, including one from the penalty spot. He’s available at 18/1 to upset the odds by netting the first goal of the game here at the San Siro.
Long shot: Inter beat Frosinone 4-0 in last season’s corresponding fixture, and they’ll be keen to get back to winning ways this weekend. The Nerazzurri beat Genoa 5-0 in their last Serie A home game, and they are 13/1 to win 4-0 on Saturday.
