Inter v Juventus Predictions and Preview
Juventus come into this massive fixture at the business end of Serie A four points behind Inter, having played one game less than their hosts on Sunday. The Old Lady have a great record against the Nerazzurri, but Antonio Conte’s side have seen lots of improvement of late.
That said, Inter have failed to win either of their last two Serie A fixtures, going down 2-1 against Sampdoria before a 2-2 draw with Roma last weekend. Even so, the Nerazzurri are only three points behind local rivals AC Milan at the top of the table, as we approach the second half of the campaign.
Juventus are seven points off top with a game in hand. Defeat here would be another painful blow for Bianconeri boss Andrea Pirlo, who’s only seen his team win nine of his first 16 league games in charge. However, Juve have found Inter to be relatively easy pickings in recent seasons.

Juventus to win and BTTS
Juventus to win 2-1
Ronaldo to score two or more goals
The champions are unbeaten in their last seven games against the Nerazzurri, winning five of those matches. Inter have only emerged victorious once in the last 16 meetings between these two historic clubs, but they are the slight favourites this weekend at 6/4.
The visitors are 2/1 in this Inter v Juventus preview, as they aim to make it four straight Serie A victories in a row. The Old Lady beat the Milan club home and away last season, scoring two goals on each occasion.
Juve may be without a number of players for this key clash in the race for the Scudetto though. Federico Chiesa, Weston McKennie and Paulo Dybala are all expected to miss out through injury, while Matthijs de Ligt, Juan Cuadrado and Alex Sandro are all waiting to make their comeback from Covid-19 absences.
Inter also have a raft of players currently on the treatment table, including Arturo Vidal and Matteo Darmian. Danilo D’Ambrosio, Andrea Pinamonti and Matias Vecino are all injured too, with a draw in this game priced at 28/11 in the latest Serie A odds.
One to watch for Inter: Romelu Lukaku continues to face questions over his contributions in the biggest games. There’s no better time for the Belgian to silence his doubters than by scoring against the champions, which he is 9/2 to do by netting the opener in these Inter v Juventus predictions.
One to watch for Juventus: Cristiano Ronaldo, on the other hand, is the definition of a big-game player. The Portuguese superstar has scored 19 goals in 17 Serie A and Champions League appearances so far this season, and is the 10/3 favourite to break the deadlock this weekend.
Long shot: Juve have scored exactly two goals in their last two games against Inter, nine in their last five against the Nerazzurri, and 35 in 16 Serie A fixtures so far this term. The Bianconeri are 10/1 to win this game 2-1, rising to 47/1 with Ronaldo scoring first. The odds on him going on to get Juve’s other goal in a 2-1 win are a massive 308/1.
