Juventus v Genoa Predictions and Preview
Pirlo is under mounting pressure and Andrea Agnelli was reportedly set to sack the World Cup winner if the Bianconeri suffered defeat at the hands of Napoli on Wednesday. Zinedine Zidane and Max Allegri have been strongly linked to the hotseat and the Real Madrid tactician has made no secret of his desire to one day return to Turin.
Zidane has a frosty relationship with Florentino Perez, despite the silverware he has accumulated, and if Los Blancos failed to land the Champions League or La Liga, there is a very good chance the 48-year-old will receive his marching orders.

Cristiano Ronaldo’s future is also unclear. The Portugal skipper has contributed 29 goals and five assists from 32 appearances and could be the biggest departure this summer. Former side Real Madrid and PSG are the likeliest destinations and he could comfortably deliver at the highest level for at least another two seasons. Ronaldo is 15/8 to open proceedings, while partner Alvaro Morata can be found at 11/4.
Team-mate Federico Chiesa has been a revelation since moving from Fiorentina. The ex-Viola fan favourite has scored 11 and laid off a further eight and will be a key player for Roberto Mancini at Euro 2020. The winger is 17/10 to notch anytime and the hosts are 1/4 to emerge triumphant.
Elsewhere, Ballardini has a welcome selection dilemma on his hands with Gianluca Scamacca, Goran Pandev and Eldor Shomurodov vying for one jersey. Mattia Destro is guaranteed to start and is only four away from a career best Serie A total.
The eight-cap Azzurri international is 10/3 to register anytime and Mancini is keeping a watchful eye over the Ascoli native and compatriot Scamacca. Fellow forward Pandev is available at 15/4 and Genoa are 11/1 to come away with the spoils. A stalemate is 19/4.
One to watch for Juventus: Paulo Dybala capped his return from injury with what turned out to be the winner against Napoli and is 15/4 to repeat his exploits.
One to watch for Genoa: Scamacca was a target for the Bianconeri in the most recent transfer window and will cause the opposing backline all sorts of problems with his physicality. The Sassuolo owned hitman is 5/1 to strike anytime.
Long shot: Genoa have won five and drawn six of their last 14 fixtures and have completely transformed their fortunes from relegation candidates to top-half hopefuls. The Grifone have derailed Milan, held both Lazio and Genoa, edged out Napoli and Juventus would be the biggest scalp yet. A 2-1 home success is 40/1.
