Napoli v Inter Predictions and Preview
Gennaro Gattuso has the backing of his players but is unlikely to be in charge of Napoli beyond May. The World Cup winner has not got the credit his tenure has deserved and is the latest in a long line of coaches to struggle under the Aurelio De Laurentiis regime.
Lorenzo Insigne’s future is also uncertain and there would be shockwaves around Naples if the local lad followed Gattuso out the exit door. The Azzurri skipper’s agent has reportedly met Milan and with only 14 months remaining on his contract, De Laurentiis may be forced to cash in on his star winger.

|Fabian Ruiz to score anytime||22/5||Offer|
|Inter to win 2-1||17/2||Offer|
|Over 3.5 goals||11/5||Offer|
Insigne has 15 goals and eight assists from 35 appearances and is 13/2 to open proceedings. Team-mate and record buy Victor Osimhen has endured a stop start debut campaign in Italy’s top flight but is finally over his injury troubles. The recruit from Lille netted away at Sampdoria and is 12/5 to notch anytime and Dries Mertens can be found at 7/4. Napoli are 21/10 to inflict defeat on Inter and a draw is 5/2.
Achraf Hakimi, Ivan Perisic and Lautaro Martinez will all return for Inter. The trio initially started the contest with Cagliari on the substitutes bench and Conte is blessed with quality in all areas of the pitch. Martinez and Lukaku have 41 efforts and 15 assists between them in all competitions and will understandably receive the plaudits once the Nerazzurri finally win the championship.
Lukaku is 15/4 to break the deadlock and his partner is available at 5/1. Hakimi is 10/3 to register anytime, while the previously out of favour Christian Eriksen is 9/2. The ex-Tottenham Hotspur ace has turned round his career in Milan after adjusting to Conte’s demands and is no longer on the market. Inter are 13/10 to emerge triumphant in a contest that has all the makings of a classic.
One to watch for Napoli: Hirving Lozano struggled to justify his hefty price tag last year but only Lorenzo Insigne has scored more than the Mexican this term. The attacker is 11/2 to hit the final effort.
One to watch for Inter: Stefano Sensi would be one of the first names on Conte’s team sheet if he could stay fit and is a favourite of Roberto Mancini. The silky midfielder is 5/1 to bag anytime.
Long shot: Napoli are also in good form and have collected six victories from their last eight games. The Azzurri are particularly strong on home soil and Gattuso will relish putting Inter’s celebrations on hold for another week. A 3-2 thriller in favour of the Champions League hopefuls is 35/1.
